At MyLinenStore.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent Return & Replacement policy.
1. Returns
We strive to deliver products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 07 days of receiving the product for a replacement or refund, subject to the terms below:
Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Products once shipped cannot be cancelled, except under specific circumstances.
If an order is cancelled after shipment, applicable shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.
For Prepaid or COD orders that are not accepted at the time of delivery and returned to our warehouse, any re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or replacement:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoice intact.
The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, or tampering will not be eligible for return or refund.
